Force closing allows the app to refresh and may alleviate minor gameplay and loading issues. Our support team may also request that you force close to enable your device to recognize game fixes or account specific actions that were performed.
To "Force Close" any app on an iOS device:
- From the Home screen, tap the Home button twice.
- Swipe up on the Garfield tab
